I had a lovely experience at the hotel, with exceptionally friendly staff going above and beyond to make our stay special. The dining options, particularly at Peppers Steakhouse, were delicious and enjoyable. However, the room experience fell a bit short due to some noise disturbances and a lack of timely housekeeping. The amenities were nice, and the overall value for money was good, but there is some room for improvement.

I had an mixed experience at Tivoli Marina. While the location was fantastic and the views from my room were stunning, the dining experience left much to be desired. The service was generally good, but my specific requests fell flat, especially for a special occasion like our honeymoon. On a positive note, the pool and spa facilities were enjoyable and added to the overall experience, but I expected more attention to details from a five-star establishment.

I recently stayed at the Tivoli Marina Hotel and had a mix of experiences. On one hand, the service at the Peppers restaurant was exceptional, making our half-board stay feel special with delicious meals and attentive staff. However, a minor issue with our room’s air conditioning was quickly resolved, resulting in an even better room with stunning marina views. But we did feel a tad underwhelmed with the drinks experience at the bar, as our Sangria didn’t quite meet expectations.
